I really like this one. Originally posted to the Trapcode Gallery in June 26, 2008. It uses a lot of 3D obviously, probably done in Cinema 4D. Trapcode Starglow and Form were used.

Music: Amon Tobin 'Big furry head'. I'm really digging the work of Alvaro Posadas. He has posted like 9 or 10 of these wonderful abstract compositions on Vimeo. They are very effective. He is using Trapcode Particular but I cannot really figure out exactly what he's doing, probably using expressions to move around the emitter and using the aux system somehow. Check it it out!
