Hi, the link to the manual doesn't appear to be working. I'm having trouble getting two loops to stay in time even though the original loops are the same tempo. I've set up one as the master and slaved the second but the beats are 'wandering' like a bad mix. Can anyone help?

Hello, I have fixed the broken manual link. You'll find the support e-mail in the manual.

Hi!
Really like your work on this app, please keep it up!
My #1 request would be the ability to record direct from a mic into a loop slot, after that, I'm a really happy camper!
Though.... Accelerometer control of grain size during freeze would be a swell touch as well! But I'm not sweatin it, proloops is truly grand as is.

I'm having trouble with the wifi upload function. I used to able to transfer files on my iPod Touch from other audio apps (e.g. Nlog Synth or JR Hexatone) without a computer by first downloading the files to my mobile phone, and then uploading the files from my phone into ProLoops. This isn't working anymore as my phone won't recognize the folders (Loops and Sessions) as folders, but only prompts to download them as files when I try to open them. So, I'm not able to get to the actual upload screen.

Was this function changed in an update? I'm pretty sure that I'm doing everything as before, but I of course I could be missing something. It would be great to get this working again, since ProLoops is an amazing tool to have on the road, and often there's no access to a computer.

Kerpiili: The upload function wasn't changed in the update, other than support for ZIP archives. But this should not affect how your mobile phone sees the folders.

I hope you get it working again.

Thanks for the reply Jonatan. I still can't get it to work like it should, but after a couple of hours of fiddling around, I found an interesting workaround. :)

I found out that I can zip the file in my phone. However, I can't get into the upload screen in ProLoop, so I can't upload the zip file straight into it. Now, if I run an app called Audioview that also has an upload function, and go into that app's upload screen with my phone, I can leave the upload screen open in my phone. I then close Audioview and start Proloop again, and upload the zip file from Audioview's upload screen that is still open on my phone. ProLoop then automatically unzips the file into the right folder. This only works if the file is a zip file. If I try to upload a wav file using the same method, it doesn't go into the Loops folder, and it doesn't show in ProLoop's file list

Sorry for spamming the comments section here... but I thought you'd be interested in this workaround.

I love this application but there are a couple of things I'd like to see in a future release. The first is the ability to record directly from mic input and the second is the ability to modulate the amplitude/volume of each loop with something like an LFO or another loop.

Cheers

Simon

Simon:
Ability to record from mic is something I'm working at for the moment, hopefully there in the next update.

Amplitude modulation is already there, as in ringmodulation (RM). You might be thinking of envelope following? You can create your own LFO's, just put the LFO waveform in a soundfile and upload it to ProLoop, you can then load it into a loop and use it as a modulation source.

Jonatan

What do you mean by "sound mixing coding"?

Hello

Great app, wondering when internal recording and a way to send files out of app are coming.

Hi, i use your app a lot, and i like it. But i need a function so bad...
Record a performance or a kind of export with audio-copy.
Do you plan to make updates ?
I'm already beta tester for some apps, i would be glad to be for your app !
